NEW Power of Seven for High Potential Leaders

Why you need this ……

You need your high potential leaders (HPL’s) to thrive. They are after all ‘the future’. The future for your business and the future for you. They are your succession plan, the keys to your exit, retirement or sale of the business.
You know you need to retain and develop them, otherwise you’ll loose them to someone else.

What this programme will deliver for you and your HPL’s:

  • Acknowledgement and recognition that they are indeed high potential leaders

  • An opportunity to be supported and challenged by other HPL’s from other companies

  • Exposure to different perspectives and ways of doing things

  • Develop their strategic & leadership skills through developing a leaders mindset and practically working on strategy and leadership issues with their peers

  • They will bring back to your business fresh thinking, innovative ideas, improved capability and increased confidence that will drive your business and your team forward

  • Your HPL’s will grow exponentially

  • Upon completion of year two education modules they will receive an official certificate from Wharton University (top US Business school) and Marshall Goldsmith (No. 1 Exec coach in the world).

Why will this work?

Because it has worked already.

  • Over two years ago I was asked to establish a Po7 group for a group of high potential leaders at BD Enniscorthy (leading global medical device company). They were all working in different functions and although they knew of each other they didn’t know each other that well. When they came together as a peer group in a safe and confidential setting something transformational happened not just to a few but all of them. The feedback from the individual’s themselves, their bosses on the senior leadership team and the CEO was extremely positive.

  • They all went on to volunteer and train up as facilitators and start other peer groups within the organisation at all levels, now known as Peer Coaching Circles. Four groups have just finished their first year and feedback from the members has been very positive.

  • Three of the HPL’s are now on the senior leadership team, all have grown significantly in their positions and have taken on projects they would not have been capable of two years ago.
