What Will Be Covered?

In this session Pearl will explore how family systems function as interconnected relational networks. Participants will learn how patterns of communication, loyalty, and emotional responsibility move through relationships and influence decisions, intimacy, conflict resolution, and resilience. The focus is on understanding systemic patterns rather than locating fault within an individual.

We will examine how family systems unconsciously shape behaviour, emotional responses, and leadership styles. Participants will apply systemic ideas to their personal and professional relationships, gaining clarity about the hidden patterns that stabilise or destabilise family life. The approach fosters relational awareness, promotes healthier interactions, and supports alignment between personal values, family needs, and business responsibilities.

Participants will leave with practical strategies for identifying systemic patterns, navigating relational difficulties, and communicating with greater authenticity and psychological safety. The session is experiential and reflective, building confidence in shifting from reactive positions to informed relational choices.

Corrib River Cruise

Our captain Aodán will bring us along the majestic River Corrib travelled by Viking invaders and Victorian steamboats. Hear about Galway’s ancient past, Celtic Mythology and stories of Galway’s feuding families. The castles that we will see were home to some of Galway’s most interesting characters and their exploits.
The Corrib Princess then sails onto the beautiful Lough Corrib, Ireland’s largest Lake, a Special Area of Conservation with the spectacular Connemara mountains to the West. The crystal clear waters are home to courting swans, hunting herons and jumping salmon.
There is a full bar on board and nibbles will be available.
